How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for weddings and large events. Smaller events can often be accommodated with shorter notice — ask on the inquiry form.

What's the cancellation and deposit policy?

Can I bring my own caterer, DJ, or decorator?

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome. We just need to know in advance so we can coordinate access and setup.

Is there a PACC bartender?

Yes — a PACC bartender is always present for events. You can choose open bar, cash bar, or no alcohol.

What time can we start setup, and when do we need to be out?

Setup and breakdown times depend on the event and the space. We'll confirm specifics in your quote.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The main entrance, restrooms, and primary spaces are accessible. Reach out if you have specific accommodation needs.

Can we hold the ceremony AND reception here?

Yes, the Main Hall can accommodate both. We'll plan the flow with you in advance.

The Main Hall holds 300+ guests. The Lounge and Patio are better suited for smaller gatherings.
